Individual Mental Health Therapy. This service requires a Discovery Session for potential clients, and an Initial Assessment for new clients. We accept insurance and private pay. Client must reside in NC or SC.

Clinical Supervision is offered for Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWA). Potential Supervisees must complete Consultation call.

We offer a variety of wellness services to groups and individuals, including guided meditation, guided journaling, sound baths, breathwork, etc. Extended Discovery Session required prior to service. Services are private pay only.

Mini intensives are a customized approach that deep dives into your goals over a shorter span of time. Includes personalized treatment material to continue your journey after the service has ended.  This service requires an Extended Discovery Session. Services are private pay only.

Every Service requires a Discovery Session prior to Service being offered/agreed upon.

A Discovery Session is a Virtual Consultation for services. Extended Discovery Sessions are required for Private Pay services.
